Personal Training
This is one on one work that focuses on helping you to become a better, healthier athlete. This can be with weights or on-field training. We highly recommend that athletes without much lifting experience start with a Starter Package an effective workout tends to be fairly technique intensive.
Many athletes fail to reach their potential because they are impeded by their lifestyle. At Victory we take a look the whole athlete to ensure that health is optimized. This includes training, nutrition, ability to find quiet and overall happiness. If there is a problem in any of these areas adjustments need to be made or performance will suffer.
Our programs are oriented toward maximizing strength, power, flexibility, and balance as these are the keys to sport performance. A body-building or general fitness style of workout comprised of 3 sets of 10 reps and continuous cardio will not optimize your performance!
Personal Training Starter Package
- Assessment - initial session designed to identify goals, strengths, weaknesses, overall health, and time
- Program Design - individualized program based on information from assessment - includes nutritonal guidelines, etc.
- Stretching Program - Victory's Stretching for Sport program
- 3 Sessions - to ensure that you learn your program right to minimize injury and maximize effectiveness
- Total: $265 + 13% HST = $299.45 (Note: Please add a $50 travel charge for in-home sessions)
Individual Training Sessions
- Geared toward athletes with some workout experience
- Satisfaction guaranteed!
- Include warm-up, workout, and stretching
- One hour in length based on booked starting time
- Cost: $60 + 13% HST = $67.80 (Note: Please add a $10 travel charge for in-home sessions)
