Victory Training & Conditioning offers these classes to raise the level at which you're able to play your sport:

This program is ideal for athletes who want to do base strength and endurance training during the off-season. There will be an emphasis on injury prevention, total body power, stability, balance, interval style cardio fitness, and flexibility.

BYB is an excellent substitution or complement to a traditional resistance training program. The class will be 60 minutes in length and a good sweat is guaranteed!

This class is designed to increase your core strength and stability while working the entire body and will complement your current workout program or any sport including: ultimate, cycling, basketball, weight training, group exercise classes, running, swimming, and more.

Our CORE muscles surround the abdomen and back and are active in just about everything we do including: sitting, standing, bending, and twisting. You'll see an improvement in posture, released tension in joints, and enhance your flexibility, coordination, and strength.

If you're battling injury, feeling run-down, or just want to feel healthier and more amazing this is the class for you! Encompases everything from nutrition, stress management, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and more!

The PlyoFest class is designed for athletes wanting to improve their jumping and sprinting ability.

The course gradually increases the intensity of various plyometric exercises. The term 'plyometric' refers to an exercise that pre-loads a muscle before it contracts explosively. An example would be stepping off of a box onto the ground and then jumping.

Besides just working on the jumping aspect, attention is also paid to manoeuvring the body once it is airborne and then landing safely. One foot take-offs and landings as well as horizontal movement are also addressed.

A mix of plyos (jump/sprint training), tempo (stamina), and cone drills (agility). This will be as Ultimate specific as you can get. This is the stuff that raises the level of your game! Better yet, it works for many other running-based sports as well!

SAQ training is designed to improve sport performance in virtually any running sport, including Ultimate, Soccer, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, and so on. In this class we take out the pylons, agility ladder, and whatever else we can find to work on all sorts of different drills for speed, agility, and quickness.

SAQ is also very effective for improving cardio training for intermittent sports like those listed above. It is more sport specific than continuous running would be as the work/rest ratios used in the class are more similar to actual competitive conditions.

Circuit Training is another excellent to build your fitness base. Benefits include increased aerobic and muscular endurance, balance, power, injury prevention, and much more!

The class is arranged in as many stations as there are participants. Each person works hard at a station for a given time then moves on to the next station after a rest interval. The work interval will increase weekly. Includes medicine ball, kettlebell, plyo, agility, core, and other exercises. Variety is good!
