About Us
Victory Training & Conditioning was founded in June 2003 with several goals in mind for hardcore athletes:
- Improve strength, power, agility, flexibility, and stamina
- Prevent injury
- Maximize rehabilitation from injury
- Optimize training intensity and volume
We have worked with athletes from the following sports:

Kelly Johnson, B.A., CSCS is the founder of Victory Training & Conditioning. Kelly received his education from the Athletic Therapy Curriculum at the University of Winnipeg and is now a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist. |
| Like most active youths Kelly played a variety of sports growing up but it was in cycling that he truly excelled with a career that included racing in Europe with the junior national team. Upon retiring from cycling Kelly's new passion became Ultimate which he played from 1998 - 2007. In 2004, Kelly helped to found BigFish, a competitive co-ed team in Ottawa. Kelly has since decided to take a break from Ultimate in order to resume cycling and focus more on general fitness and helping others to achieve their athletic goals. | |

Want the edge for your sport? To me it comes from the cannonballs with handles or kettlebells that you see to your left. Get more grip strength, a super solid core that knows how to integrate with your upper and lower body, and power to spare! Most sports use momentum, so should you. |
