Personal Training for All
This is one on one work that focuses on helping you to take your health and fitness to the next level. We take a look at your overall health, including nutrition, exercise, overall stress, and happines in order to give you the right level of intensity for your body. By helping our clients to lead healthier lives we maximize their chances of success!
We highly recommend that those without much lifting experience start with a Starter Package as an effective workout tends to be fairly technique intensive.
At Victory we believe in helping people to develop a much healthier relationship with the bodies above all else.
Personal Training Starter Package
- Assessment - initial session designed to identify goals, strengths, weaknesses, overall health, and time
- Program Design - individualized program - includes nutritional and lifestyle guidelines
- Stretching Program - Victory's Stretching for Sport program
- 3 Sessions - to ensure that you learn your program right to minimize injury and maximize effectiveness
- Total: $265 + 5% GST = $278.25 (Note: please add a $50 travel charge for in-home sessions)
Individual Training Sessions
- Geared toward those with some workout experience
- Satisfaction guaranteed!
- Include warm-up, workout, and stretching
- One hour in length based on booked starting time
- Cost: $60 + 5% GST = $63 (Note: please add a $15 travel charge for in-home sessions)
