Group Training
Group training has several advantages:
- More cost effective than personal training
- More motivating as misery loves company!
- Opportunity to learn from other group members
The cost of group training varies depending on the number of people in the group. Rates are based on one hour sessions:

| 2 | $35 + HST= $39.55 |
| 3 | $30 + HST= $33.90 |
| 4 | $25 + HST= $28.25 |
| 5 | $20 + HST= $22.60 |
| 6 | $18 + HST= $20.35 |
Note: Please add a $15 travel charge for in-home sessions
