| Victory was created in June 2003. Since then we've enjoyed rapid growth. We feel this is due to our sound philosophy and Client Centred Approach. The first thing we do is sit down with you to identify your goals and to ensure that you're approaching exercise with the right frame of mind. | |

Kelly Johnson, B.A., CSCS, FDN is the founder of Victory Training & Conditioning. Kelly received his education from the Athletic Therapy Curriculum at the University of Winnipeg and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist.
Kelly started in the field in 1996. He spent several years working with teams and personal training in Winnipeg before moving to Ottawa where he now makes his home. He is very passionate about fitness and wellness. His own fitness is based primarily on weights, kettlebells, and cycling. |

My favorite though is the kettlebell, which I find to be the most efficient, effective workout tool available. The kettlebell is amazing because every exercise uses your entire body. It blows bicep curls and knee extensions out of the water! You can cut your workout time in half by using a kettlebell and still get more done. |
